WinkTales is seeking a UX Project Manager to guide and inspire the UX team to create engaging experiences for our consumers. As part of the WinkTales leadership team, you will be a thought leader and will drive innovation across experiences for WinkTales. This position requires a proven track record of leading UX teams and experience managing and delighting client.
As a UX Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of designers and overseeing all programs and UX efforts to support WinkTales business. As a Manager, it’s important that you have great leadership skills and an ability to inspire others to achieve great things. Additionally, you'll be part of the team that drives the design for systematic, innovative products and features.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be interacting with the client and understand their expectations and set up a road map for UX team to deliver in timelines.
Representing the voice of your UX team and their solutions while collaborating with clients.
You will collaborate with a highly talented, fun and supportive team of UX
Study users to understand the key issues while using methods like Market study, Focus group studies, Interviews Stake holder situations, needs leading to the right features
Experience writing product requirements, communicating efficiently with a cross-functional team, A/B testing, optimization, feature prioritization
Work to understand the business requirements and help sculpt the product vision
Generate briefs to ensure alignment on the problem definition and assumptions
Lead the UX design project. This includes deciding the needed activities and coordinating efforts
Follow Methodologies and fine tune the same to create an effective UX delivery process, leading to better quality output.
Expertise managing the UX process from concept to production – bringing user-centered design into an iterative development process like Agile, Lean UX, dual-track scrum.
Work with UX design colleagues in other areas to generate more creative ideas, and to ensure cross-suite consistency and integration
Guiding team to explore multiple design directions to envision the best possible solution
Working with visual designers to make sure the best UI experience to be created for applications
Work with user researchers to do up-front user research, and to validate the product concepts and designs
Support engineering to make sure your designs are faithfully built
Capture advancements to our standards in our style guide for others to use
Conduct projects to advance our collective thinking or processes
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates and Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements and improvements.
Consistently demonstrate innovative thinking when managing design process
Skills & Experience Required
5+ experience of working in UX space with atlas 3 years of managing team and clients
You have a portfolio of modern, sophisticated interaction designs for web and mobile applications.
Experience designing B2B and B2C products and solutions.
Meticulous craftsperson with strong attention to detail.
You are up to speed in the latest design trends on both web and mobile
You have excellent verbal and written skills. You are able to persuade others of your good ideas.
Comfortable with user research and usability methods
You are positive and optimistic, with a constant thirst to learn and grow.
Strong work ethic and solid process, while being focused on outcomes.
Ability to understand functional user stories to refine and improve solutions within the team
Experience leading groups of designers and other UX disciplines (research, copy, audio, prototyping).
Management experience and the ability to motivate, challenge, and grow design talent.
Leadership when collaborating with Design, Engineering, Product and Marketing teams.
Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions.
Excellent experience/brand standards and effective attention to detail.
Highly organized and efficient when working across multiple projects to meet goals.
