Senior Associate - Outbound Sales

Role Overview

Looking for a self-motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in Outbound lead generation for B2B Service businesses. The candidate is expected to drive WinkTales’ growth with the help of outbound activities with a focus on generating qualified leads.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work on generating the leads from various Online resources and take them through the cycle of qualification to closure/transfer as required.
  • E-Mail mining and database creation for email marketing.
  • Execute prospecting techniques such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business.
  • Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline.
  • Strategizing the digital marketing efforts including SEO, email, content marketing and other inbound mechanisms
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information(RFIs), Requests for Proposals(RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
  • Outbound calling to establish connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors for understanding customer techology landscape
  • Will be responsible to manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual goals towards new acquisitions as well as revenue.
  • Identify potential prospects by analyzing markets/domains and track potential prospective clients
  • Cultivate prospect relationships as needed through the sales lifecycle
  • Working time for this role is 1:00 PM-10:00 PM

Skills Required

  • Experience in B2B Sales for USA or Europian market
  • Frugal and Growth hacking mind-set
  • Experience developing effective tactical marketing strategies to support sales acquisition
  • Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through CRM system
  • Aggressive, proactive approach with a hunter sales mentality
  • Proven track record hitting and exceeding lead targets
  • Strategic mind-set focused around a value-add sales approach
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion & negotiation skills (both verbal & written).
  • Agile and creative approach to business development

Qualification/Experience Required

The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with:
  • 2+ years of B2B Lead generation experience (Ideally in UX, IT, Design/Communication)
  • Graduate/Post graduate (Male canditates are preferred)
